I'm pretty sure I would have spotted this - unless it's tucked away somewhere in PZ! Is it an old water pump? Looks a bit similar to one I've seen in Newlyn - though that one had a dog's head on it. I reckon you came across this on one of your walks, so I'm going to say Raginnis Hill, Mousehole!!!
