Carnival at Treneere

Carnivals bring communities together, it brings out creativity, originality; and it gets energy put in the right direction, as well as having a good time; I have been to the Bridgewater Carnival and the whole town is literally alight; simply having fun is no longer with us, seems to me without it, all there is is getting drunk and other more questionable pastimes. Bring back carnivals !!

Quite sad that carvivals are not around any more - it brings people together and everyone has fun making the costumes etc.

Golowan is the closest we have now, a remarkable team spirit and community spirit. It surely takes a lot of organisation and funding, but what does not these days? Bring back the Maritime Festival too, as well as good Live Music. Let s see this town BUZZ like it used to.
